To help you do what you can't do on your own and 
to help you do what you won't do on your own!

‘Karen Finnegan was certified in 2002 as an instructor in TheMethod Pilates through the PhysicalMind Institute in NYC. She has taught mat work at various community centers & YMCAs and at private studios throughout the Twin Cities metro area. Karen opened her home studio in 2005 to work with individuals on the specially designed Pilates equipment such as the Reformer and moved into our current studio location in 2014.  Karen continues expanding her Pilates education throughout the year by attending various Pilates conferences and workshops and has studied with Pilates Master teachers Elizabeth Larkam, Karen Clippenger, Madeline Black, Tom McCook, and Julian Littleford.  

Karen's creativity, knowledge, and sense of humor help her students learn to move with ease and stay active and injury-free. She is an avid runner who enjoys biking, swimming, and snowshoeing! A life-long learner, Karen taught high school English for 11 years, coached distance running in track, cross country, and dance line.
