Our 45 minute Cardio Pilates JUMP! Board class will get your abs firing, heart pumping, and musculoskeletal system moving. Follow choreographed patterns to jump, skip, hop, and leap against the board and the various spring resistance of the Reformer. The class combines intervals of toning and cardio for the most effective caloric burn!
