Private Pilates Sessions
Private sessions are the fastest way to progress. We will work one-on-one with you for 60 minutes on the full range of equipment, which can include the Reformer, Pilates mat, Tower, Combo Chair.  The intensity of the workout will be tailored to the appropriate fitness level that suits you. Pilates sessions are also appropriate for those with special considerations.
Duet Pilates Sessions
Duet sessions provide a more economical form of semi-private training. The key is finding a partner with a similar fitness level to yours — we can help with placement!  If you are new to PIlates Reformer, we recommend clients begin their Pilates practice with a few private sessions before taking duets. Duets are 60 minutes long.
