Duets are designed to be fun and help you develop your Pilates practice.  It is also a more economical way to experience the unique Pilates Reformer!

Emphasis is on rhythmic, flowing sets of movements to increase strength, flexibility and stamina while also improving alignment, balance, coordination and tone.
​There are countless different movements in the Group Pilates Reformer classes and these are performed seated, standing, on all fours, or lying on your back, side or front.  
     
         
Beginner Level  This level is for those who are new to Pilates Reformer or for those who ‘should’ stay at this level for their own safety.  (This class is a prerequisite for higher level classes. You must be in good health with no special considerations to take this class. Private Reformer sessions may be a better option for you. )  Please call 651-442-3285 with questions

Beginner/Intermediate Level Students
 who have previous Reformer experience or who have attended an Intro to Reformer Special offer or who have completed an Introductory Class Offer can start here. This class level provides additional Reformer exercises and/or advancement of existing exercises. The pace is quicker and knowledge of basic exercises is a must!
Teacher approval is required to take this class. Please call 651-442-3285 if you are unsure.

JUMP! Cardio Pilates -Our 45 minute Cardio Pilates  JUMP! Board Duet Class will get your abs firing, heart pumping, and musculoskeletal system moving. Follow choreographed patterns to jump, skip, hop, and leap against the board and the various spring resistance of the Reformer. The class combines intervals of toning and cardio for the most effective caloric burn! 
Please Note: We do not recommend this class for individuals with back injuries and with knee or hip injuries or replacements.
