
HOW DOES IT WORK
- Sign a simple rental agreement and make the first two weeks payment
- We will deliver and setup your equipment at your home using extreme social distancing best practice (which will have to be agreed to as part of your rental agreement)
- Once this crisis has ended, we will pickup your equipment and end your rental contract
- If at that time you are in love with owning your own Pilate gear – we will get you a 5% discount on anything that is available from Balanced Body (where our equipment is from).
- All equipment will be thoroughly disinfected before leaving the studio.
- We would arrange a time to deliver and get a detailed description and photos from you on where you want your equipment set up.
- We will contact you on arrival and we will ask that you be on a different floor, or outside, or in a room that will enable us to stay the minimum of six feet apart – and farther when at all possible.
- We will wear gloves and a mask and will bring in and set up the equipment at your direction. (We can ) text photos to make sure we have it how you want it.
- We will disinfect and wipe down the equipment again as well as any other surfaces we may have come in contact with before leaving.
- We will ask that you do another wipe down after we have gone.
- Delivery contingent on location, stairs, etc…
