Bring your mat and join me under the Oak Tree near Dragon Garden at Phalen Poetry Park.
Walk or park at Phalen Recreation Center and follow the path to our shaded site.
We will catch our breath, stretch, and regain strength through this beginner Pilates class.
No experience or props needed, but please provide your own mat or a large beach towel works!
